So I'm joining in on the "Menu Plan Monday" over at I'm an Organizing Junkie. The whole idea is that every Monday I will post my dinners for the whole week. We'll see if I can stick to it! It has NEVER been a strength of mine!
Monday: Garlic Toasted Open Face Lasagna
Tuesday: Honey Glazed Chicken Stir Fry
Wednesday: Pop-up Pancakes
Thursday: Microwave Meatloaf with potatoes and corn on the cob
Friday: umm DATE NIGHT!! I'm not cookin! (frozen pizza or mac & cheese)
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: Pork Chops - marinade and grill
We'll see if I can stick to it! Too many nights getting Panda Express or pizza or boogers burgers!

10 peeps sharin the love!:
Sounds like you have a great week of food planned!
Wow, what a great week! I had to bookmark the Popup Pancakes, they just look too fun. The lasagna and stir fry also had to be bookmarked. Yum!
Welcome to MPM, it's fun and totally addictive.
Cheers, Kiy
welcome to the fun! :) looks like you've got a great week ahead of you - i'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
I'd love to know how to make your microwave meatloaf! Some days it's too gross and sticky to want to turn on the oven *L*
Cathy,
LOVE your blog. (I found you off of Angie's)
I just started our family blog and was wondering if you give 'cool blog' lessons and/or time management courses. I'm amazed at the things you do - I only have 3 kids and feel like I can't get anything done! You're amazing. here's the link if you want to check us out.

Jody - fun to see you here! I'm going to add you to my "People We Love" list!
Mub - I will post my microwave meatloaf recipe very very soon! I love it!
Those Ciabatta's look good how were they? You should rate the meals after you have them so I know which ones to try. Thanks for another great idea.
Cathy, you totally inspire me to be a better mom. I am amazed at all you do with 6 kids. I can't do it with 5. Because of you, I am now making weekly menus. Thank you also for your prayers for me sister.
You are so organized. I never PLAN meals. It's whatever is in the fridge!
Monica - the ciabatta's were sooo good! Definitely 5 stars!
Angie and Emily - My organization is a work in progress. I hate the Q "Whats for dinner", cuz I rarely have an answer for it... until now!
